We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, please note that due to trade restrictions and agreements there is a limited number of locations we cannot ship to.

When you place an order, our shipping calculator will provide you the shipping cost for your area using real-time data taking into account our negotiated rates.

If at any time you prefer a specific carrier, let us know in the comments and we will be happy to accomendate you.

Returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, simply return the unused portion  within 30 days of purchase with the receipt and we will refund your money. It's that simple.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. If you do not have an account or prefer to have a more personal touch feel free to contact us.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of shipment or delivery (unless prior arrangements have been made).
